Tip 4: Be aware of your surroundings when working with sensitive information

Personal or confidential business information can be disclosed by mistake in the course of a conversation or phone call in public places.

It can also happen by exposing the screen of your laptop, tablet or smartphone to unwanted eyes.

Don't talk about company confidentials matters in public places where you can be overheard (i.e. nearly everywhere).
 

Use a privacy filter (available at your IT Service Desk) if you travel often to prevent others from viewing your screen.
