

2025 Annual General Meeting

On 20 March 2025, 358 shareholders and shareholder representatives gathered at the Geneva InterContinental Hotel for Givaudan’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The event provided an opportunity to explore the Company’s strategic vision and innovative strides towards a sustainable future, with attendees representing 5,576,001 shares, or 60.39% of registered shares.
During the plenary sessions, CEO Gilles Andrier and CFO Stewart Harris presented the key financial results for 2024, providing valuable insights into the Company’s performance and future prospects.

Givaudan Chairman Calvin Grieder took the opportunity to thank the former CFO Tom Hallam and the retiring President Taste & Wellbeing Louie d’Amico for their significant contribution to the Company’s success. He also acknowledged Olivier Filliol, a valued member of the Board stepping down, and welcomed Melanie Maas-Brunner and Louie d’Amico as new Board members.
Guest speaker Antoine Khalil, current Commercial Head Taste & Wellbeing North America (NOAM) and appointed President Taste & Wellbeing, shared his extensive expertise on market trends, highlighting differences between mature and high-growth markets.

The exhibition area at this year’s AGM captivated shareholders with a showcase of digital and product innovations, illustrating how Givaudan leverages cutting-edge technologies to enhance consumer experiences and drive business growth.
Shareholders experienced innovative digital tools like the Mini Scent Piano and Carto, which leverage AI for fragrance exploration.
The event also showcased virtual reality to discover our ingredients’ journey, as well as big data and AI applications in shaping future food strategies.
