XylianceTM  NEO is a vegetable-derived emulsifier approved by Ecocert/Cosmos. As a polyvalent non-ionic surfactant, XylianceTM NEO is able to emulsify a wide range of oil phases without any co-emulsifier. Easy to formulate, it imparts remarkable sensory qualities to cosmetic formulations. Xyliance™ NEO boasts a B-Biome™ Score of ‘A’.
