The Finance and Controlling Management Trainee position is a three-year programme designed for passionate and young talents to deep-dive into various functions in Finance and Controlling, pivotal to the landscape at Givaudan.

This programme is currently available in the APAC region and aims to accelerate and develop talents through high-impact projects, specialised learning, development training and mentorships led by Givaudan leaders.

What will you gain as a trainee?

In the Finance and Controlling Management Trainee role at Givaudan, you can expect to gain significant regional or global exposure. This will involve working on assignments that may span multiple countries and regions, giving you a broad perspective on international financial operations. You will collaborate with diverse teams across different countries and departments, enhancing your ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.

Throughout the programme, you will gain hands-on experience in managing projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and strategic initiatives. The interview process for the Finance and Controlling Management Trainee role at Givaudan includes:
