We employ 40 percent of the industry's most experienced flavourists and flavour food scientists, and we engage the largest and most culturally-diverse perfumery team in the world. They are based at our creation centres around the globe.
Givaudan flavourists create flavours for beverages, sweet goods, savoury and dairy products, as well as ingredient systems for the world's most respected brands.
Perfumers create fragrances for home and air care, laundry care, toiletries and fine fragrances. We are regarded as the leaders of creative energy in our industry. Our legendary Perfumery School offers the pinnacle of perfumery training and a comprehensive understanding of the art and language of perfumery. It has educated over a third of the world's leading fragrance artists and perfumers.
Meanwhile, Givaudan Flavours has extended its creative expertise through the establishment of a Chefs' Council, which is a diverse team of experts who focus on culinary trends, stimulate creativity and enhance innovation in culinary concepts. This talented panel works alongside our own extensive staff of chefs, flavourists and food scientists to explore and advance new and exciting trends.
